Creative Connections and Conversations

A bi-monthly gathering that brings artists, patrons, and other interested persons together to network, learn about the art and lives of contemporary artists, and engage in creative opportunities to learn and grow as artists. Light refreshments will be enjoyed by all.

Join us as fiber artist Stephanie Lewis Robertson talks about her body of artwork.

THURSDAY
SEPT 20, 2012
6:30PM - 8:00PM
BONA THOMPSON MEMORIAL CENTER
5350 University Avenue

Much like a musical conversation, Stephanie Lewis Robertson sings to her hand-dyed and –printed fabrics while she works, creating constructions
that reflect her interest in spirituality, ritual, music and the power of women. Her current work includes images of labyrinths, spider webs, brain scans and text.
